Inquiries concerning admission criteria of a particular academic program should be addressed to the Admission Office.
The basic criteria for admission are:
- Bachelor of Arts(Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration): High school diploma or its equivalent
- Master’s degree(Master of Divinity): Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
- Master’s degree to the Doctor Program (Doctor of Ministry)
- A cumulative point average (GPA) of 2.0.
Admission Process
- Completed and signed “International student Application”
- One passport size photograph 2×2 inches (5 x 5 cm)
- Non-refundable application fee of 200.00 USD.
Please make check or money order payable to Kernel University.
- Additional 100.00 USD for international express shipping of I-20 (international applications not in the U.S.A. only).
Please provide a separate check or money order of $100.00 payable to Kernel University.
- Sponsorship information
- Complete international student sponsor affidavit form. This form is valid only if signed by your sponsor (Click).
- Current bank letter or statement indicating a minimum balance of 20,000 USD (dated within 3 months).
Currency must be specified.
Statement or letter must be in English and must be from checking/savings/certificate of deposit account (no stocks or investments).
- Academic documents (Diploma, graduation Certificate and Transcript. If the original language is not English, a certified English translation must accompany all documents)
- Visa document requirement
- Copy of your passport (information and expiration page)
- If you are a transfer student:

____ Transfer-in recommendation form
- If you are a change of status student:

____ Copy of page 1 of DS-2019 if you are on J status
- Applicants under 18 years old at time of application (exclude F1 International students)
____ Complete Minor Health Consent Form.
This form is valid if signed by your parent.
____ Complete Assigned Guardian Statement. The form is only valid if signed by your parent.
Applications that are not complete (including all required supporting documents) by the application deadline will be deferred to the next available semester.
Please send your application as soon as possible. Our final notice or decision will be notified to you within 1 month after your completed application is received in our admission and records office by Email address on your application.
